Grades: Girls 4th-8th

Season begins Thursday, September 15th

Practices will be held at Good News Church on Wildwood Dr.

(3:30 pm-5:15 pm)

Coach Lauren Burks will be continuing Girls Volleyball at Veritas this year. Coach Burks’ love of sports began when she was in 4th grade when learning to play softball. She eventually became a 3 sport athlete in High School, which in turn led her to playing college volleyball at Anderson University in Anderson, SC. After completing college, she began coaching at Westminster Academy in her hometown of Fort Lauderdale, FL, first at the Junior Varsity level and ultimately the Varsity team. She also coached Spring season travel club teams for ages 9-16. She is the mother of two children at Veritas and extremely excited to coach the Girls Volleyball club at Veritas!

*Veritas Athletics invites all current Veritas students to participate in our sports offerings. If you are a homeschool student or if you attend elsewhere, please contact our athletics office to inquire about registering. Please note that space is limited, and priority will be given to Veritas students first.
