Kaitlyn is a dedicated professional in the field of occupational therapy. She is currently a Clinical Associate Professor at Baylor University. Kaitlyn earned her Doctorate and Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and holds several specialty certifications, including low vision rehabilitation, aging-in-place, ergonomics and injury prevention, and dementia. Her educational journey began with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida Southern College, fueling her passion for understanding and helping people.
Kaitlyn owns a consulting firm where she enhances education and programming for organizations. She also serves adults with intellectual differences in partnership with non-profit organizations. She volunteers with various local and national organizations and committees, particularly in the health and education sectors, and participates in local health awareness initiatives.
When she’s not teaching or volunteering, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time outdoors and quality time with her family. She and her husband are proud parents of twin boys and an older son who attends Veritas. Her approach to life blends professional dedication with a strong emphasis on Christian values, community involvement, and personal wellness.
