Ellie Freeman is originally from New Jersey but was raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. She attended St. Petersburg High School where she met her husband of over 43 years. Together they raised two daughters and one son. Mrs. Freeman started her own business in order to be home to raise their children. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church where she was involved in various children’s ministries for over 20 years. In 2019, she and her husband retired and moved to St. Augustine to be near their younger grandchildren, four of which go to Veritas.
Over the last three years, Mrs. Freeman has been involved in Good News Church ministry teaching preschool. Mrs. Freeman enjoys running, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.
